**Position Purpose** To technically and strategically lead the execution of the company's electrical projects, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with engineering deliverables, guaranteeing proper multidisciplinary coordination among specialties and adherence to national and international standards applicable to the electrical and mining sectors. Main Responsibilities 1. Coordinate the comprehensive execution of electrical engineering in high, medium, and low voltage line and substation projects. 2. Supervise and validate the preparation of descriptive reports, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications. 3. Lead coordination between disciplines (electrical, civil, mechanical, control, telecommunications, automation). 4. Ensure engineering complies with standards and internal procedures of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). 5. Review and approve technical deliverables prepared by electrical specialists and designers. 6. Guarantee technical consistency between electrical designs and field conditions. 7. Coordinate technical meetings with clients and project supervisors, justifying technical criteria and decisions. 8. Verify compliance with standards such as the National Electrical Code, COES PR20, IEEE, IEC, ANSI, among others. 9. Monitor technical progress of projects, controlling deadlines and quality of deliverables. 10. Participate in the training and strengthening of TIP's electrical engineering technical team. **Requirements** Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer. Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, coordination, or supervision of industrial or mining electrical projects. Proven experience in transmission lines and high-voltage substations (≥60 kV). Knowledge of medium and low voltage networks (preferred). Software proficiency: DIgSILENT, CYMGRD, AutoCAD, MS Project, advanced Excel. Solid knowledge in electrical protection systems, SCADA, automation, and SAS. **Key Competencies:** Technical leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
