Job Opportunity – RESIDENT ENGINEER Contractor: María del Monte Carmelo – CIA PODEROSA Location: Pataz, Vijus – 20x10 regime Requirements: * Professional degree in Mining Engineering with active professional license. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in underground and semi-mechanized mining. * Proficient in Windows at user level and Ms. Office. * Courses or diplomas in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2017\. Main Responsibilities: * Represent the company before authorities, communities, and third parties. * Coordinate and supervise mining operations together with support departments. * Monitor daily progress and submit monthly reports to management. * Review and approve payroll sheets, valuations, and requests. * Participate in personnel selection and evaluation processes. * Ensure compliance with the IMS and safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
