Currently, we are seeking a **Procurement Analyst.** **Job Description** * Quote requirements received from business and/or functional units for critical purchases. * Responsible for managing, selecting, developing and evaluating supplier performance according to the assigned procurement category. * Work closely with business requesters to identify efficiency projects. * Conduct bidding and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers in the acquisition process of goods and/or services for the company. * Identify and source new suppliers to meet the requirements of business and/or functional units for goods and/or services. * Manage the execution and validity of supplier contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Provide support to business and functional units in cases of supplier contractual non-compliance. * Prepare and/or gather information and documentation required for internal and/or external audits related to the area. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or immediate supervisor according to operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Graduate of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * 3 years of experience in technical procurement within industrial, environmental, oil \& gas, mining or construction sectors. * Advanced level of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is desirable. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from day one. * 80% coverage of EPS premium. * Life Insurance as per law. * Ongoing training opportunities.
