Our multinational presence and leadership in engineering and environmental services position us at the forefront of the industry. **Main job responsibilities:** * Perform resource planning. * Alert potential service change orders. * Prepare monthly manpower reports. * Provide preliminary contract reports. * Provide weekly project control reports. * Manage NCRs \& RFI logs. * Prepare reports and justifications for time extensions. * Prepare closure reports. * Monitor progress of work. * Perform estimations for change orders. * Develop proposals for new RDS to the contract. * Support preparation of Payment Statements (EDP). * Support justification of EDP to the client. * Assist in contractual meetings and prepare meeting minutes. * Participate in technical team meetings. * Support control and monitoring of project area requirements. * Draft technical progress reports for projects. * Support resource management on projects. * Support proposal preparation. * Support scheduling and budgeting for projects. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional background:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles/functions in mining projects. * Desirable proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and English. * Desirable intermediate-level knowledge of cost software: Project and/or Primavera. \#Peru \#LI\-Hybrid LI\-GV1 **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Oct 20, 2025, 2:04:56 PM
