To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/es **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Manage and supervise the implementation and development of Minera Las Bambas' security policies and standards within the Internal Protection area, in accordance with best practices for personnel and asset protection in the mining industry and MMG corporate standards, contributing to business continuity by preventing operational stoppages, incidents, and/or management observations. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Plan and establish an integrated management system for the Internal Protection area, including contingency plans based on assessed risks, while continuously maintaining and updating the management system * Participate in and promote safe behavior at all times, complying with and enforcing site SHE rules and procedures and MMG values. * Lead initiatives related to the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights within the activities of the area and the company, in coordination with the Internal Protection Leader, as well as efficiently manage internal or external resources when required. * Supervise security systems (operational, management, and administrative) of strategic partners in private and public security through contractual commitments, training programs, and management plans aligned with the company's expectations regarding the Voluntary Principles on Security, Human Rights (HR), and the ICoC (International Code of Conduct for Private and Public Security Providers). * Plan and design processes for the Information Management System of Minera Las Bambas through information collection and analysis. * Develop and consolidate alliances with external stakeholders through relationship management based on MMG’s code of conduct and values, benefiting the continuity of operational activities both within and outside the operation. * Plan and implement a Safety Culture throughout the company via campaigns and procedures, aiming to raise safety standards across operational areas, warehouses, offices, and strategic partners. * Supervise compliance with the Internal Protection strategy and the resolution of findings from internal, external, or governmental audits by implementing resulting action plans and monitoring existing ones. * Design and execute improvement projects in technology and infrastructure for the area through a strategic departmental plan. * Supervise Minera Las Bambas’ internal procedures, policies, and regulations to ensure fulfillment of role responsibilities. **\#WENEEDYOURTALENT** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Armed Forces, National Police of Peru, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Mining, Auditing, Integrated Management Systems, or Information Process Management. * Postgraduate studies preferred in Business Administration, Risk Management, Conflict Management, and Negotiations. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles or positions. * Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (essential). * Intermediate spoken and written English language skills (essential). * Intermediate SAP proficiency (desirable). * Class A1 driver's license (essential). * Knowledge in: + Risk Management. + Project Management. + Human Rights and Voluntary Principles – ICMM International Council on Mining and Metals. + Mining Management. + Peruvian Legal Framework – basic + Social Conflict Management. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 05 Nov 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 16 Nov 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
