




**JOB MISSION:** Coordinate the execution of the organization's "General Learning Plan" and analysis of individual/collective competency results, monitoring the progress of planned training actions and the training budget allocated according to MCP guidelines and/or policies, in order to ensure that planned training activities are carried out, providing follow-up on required support management throughout the training process. **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate and execute the design of plans/programs required to address training needs and close technical gaps within the organization, including review of curricular frameworks, proposal of training providers, required budget, and on-site review with involved departments. * Review and analyze competency results obtained from executed evaluations (biennial/performance, climate, others), identifying individual/collective gaps by areas and conducting on-site reviews with involved departments. * Coordinate the execution of activities under the General Learning Plan, managing control processes for documentation, budget, training hours, number of participants, certifications, replica courses, commitment letters, and administrative management of training services. * Coordinate the execution of mapped activities aimed at closing Workers gaps, monitoring scope definition, on-site review with involved departments, required support management during the training process, and on-site review with involved departments. * Coordinate training budget requests according to identified training needs, prioritizing required training actions within budget constraints. Likewise, monitor the progress of the approved budget for organizational training programs, coordinating available balances and periodic reviews with the budget department. * Administer the e-learning platform for learning and training, developing learning frameworks and tracking compliance requirements. * Coordinate the execution of training and skills development plans required for the implementation and execution of internal mobility programs, new hires, internship programs, language programs, critical talent, leadership, and special MCP projects. * Identify new training actions required within the organization, defining scope and necessary actions for timely response. * Carry out activities requested by the direct supervisor aligned with department objectives, coordinating required actions with involved departments.
