Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Lead the supervision team for injections at the tailings dam * Organize activities of their team * Review and approve construction contractor's work and quality plans * Approve field instructions issued by their work team. * Verify and provide support in real-time injection processes. * Verify and validate daily and weekly reports. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities carried out by the injection team * Provide support in resolving deviations detected in construction procedures and materials used. * Review data centralization for better control of results. * Review and approve equipment and accessories, as well as verify software and laptop functionality for injection data control at the Contractor’s warehouses prior to mobilization to site. * Review and approve the construction quality control plan issued by the contractor. * Manage RFIs issued during construction related to quality. * Approve injection reports, release mixing procedures, and supervise CQC tests performed by the Contractor. * Perform approvals of CQC tests for injection mixtures executed by the Contractor. * Conduct CQA sampling tests and verification of mix design for new cement batches. * Be responsible for issuing deliverables (reports, documents, final report) within agreed timelines and quality according to the work plan. * Be responsible for monitoring compliance with guidelines established in the Work Plan and the CQA Plan. * Be responsible for team performance compliance according to guidelines established in WSP's Project CQA Management Plan. * Perform final approval of the Contractor's Quality Dossier, according to the CQA and CQC plans. * Be responsible for issuing the final project construction report, meeting established quality and deadlines. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate of Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 10 years of experience in projects in general. * Desirable experience in drilling and/or geotechnical grouting functions or field supervision as a geological or geotechnical engineer. * Desirable master's degree or diploma in geotechnics and/or geology and/or quality management and/or project management. * Availability to work in Ancash under the applicable work regime. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 10**Job Posting** Nov 5, 2025, 11:15:59 PM
