Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join our team** If you are interested in electrical, electronic, and hydraulic equipment maintenance for mining, join our Parts & Services team. **Your mission** Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, daily inspections, and fine-tuning, ensuring service quality to meet division objectives, according to regulations, procedures, and policies established by Peruvian legislation and Epiroc. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Evaluate failures in electrical, electronic, RCS, and hydraulic systems of equipment, resolve issues, and execute all necessary corrective actions to return equipment to operational and standard condition with quality and efficiency; issue technical reports of failures, which may be carried out in the field or workshops * Prepare and deliver work reports for the equipment serviced during their shift, detailing all tasks performed, including lists of spare parts used, and any pending tasks for the next shift * Replace spare parts and components assigned to equipment, following spare parts and component handling instructions * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and all assigned work areas * Perform lubrication and greasing of serviced equipment according to inspection schedules * Wash equipment * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems **Ideal candidate for this position:** * Education: Technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Heavy Machinery Electrical Systems, or related fields. Level: Bachelor's degree holder. * Experience in maintenance and repair of Epiroc-branded mining equipment, minimum 3 years * Advanced technical knowledge of Epiroc equipment electrical, electronic, RCS, and hydraulic systems * Knowledge of air conditioning systems * Knowledge of diesel engines * Solid skills in handling and interpreting equipment service and parts manuals * Desired: Training courses in networks * Intermediate-level Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency, desirable * Availability to travel to high-altitude sites and work under atypical shift systems * Ability to drive light vehicles (Class A2B driver's license) * Soft skills: Effective communication, customer orientation, decision-making * Work location: Mine sites (central and southern Peru) * Work type: On-site * Shifts: 14x7 (rotating shifts) **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to serve a growing population.
