**Social Assistant** We are looking for a **Social assistant** with experience in projects, to join the METAMSUR S.AC. team located in the district of DEAN VALDIVIA, ISLAY. The ideal candidate must have experience in subsidies, medical scheduling, registrations, deregistrations, and updates in T\-register, home visits, and employee welfare. **Responsibilities** * Monitor well-being at work sites and dining areas, and manage activities to strengthen the work environment. * Manage subsidy recovery and documentation with ESSALUD, as well as activation of SCTR Health and Pensions. * Ensure proper implementation of welfare programs with contractor companies. * Provide administrative support to the human resources department. * Implement social welfare policies in compliance with current regulations. * Perform registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in T\-REGISTRO. * AFPnet affiliations, according to instructions in the informational bulletin. * Assist in delivering payment slips and employment contracts. * Map and schedule pre-employment, periodic, and retirement medical exams. * Coordinate directly with local irrigation committee presidents for onboarding new personnel. * Generate access passes in SICAM for incoming staff. * Maintain updated databases, ERP, and T\-REGISTRO. * Prepare and keep employee files up to date. * Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Experience in mining or social projects (Minimum 1.5 years). * Ability to handle high employee turnover, renewed every 3 months. * Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills. * Proficiency in document management and human resources. * Teamwork ability. * Intermediate computer skills. * Soft skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to travel and reside in Islay\-Dean Valdivia. **We Offer** * Market competitive salary. * Payroll inclusion from the first day of work. * 100% covered lunch. * 100% covered accommodation if not local. * Work hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 pm. * Career development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
