We do this alongside the best people, in an inclusive and diverse environment, and we want you to be part of it: **Social Negotiation and Peace Manager - Mining Unit** **General Information:** * Location: Mining Unit * Work Schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off * Transportation coverage from specific cities, 100% covered accommodation and meals. **What will you do in your role?** * Carry out assigned activities in the Community Relations area of the mining unit according to the area's strategic planning. * Participate in the design, coordination, and execution of the strategic community relations plan to comply with social responsibility policies embedded in the management system and achieve established objectives. * Develop and implement action plans for each objective, ensuring alignment with the Strategic Community Relations Plan to meet scheduled goals. * Provide support in managing financial resources allocated for implementing activities within the Strategic Community Relations Plan, ensuring efficient budget utilization. * Propose strategies and develop tools to achieve social licenses aimed at obtaining environmental permits and access to new work fronts, anticipating and addressing social demands in the area. * Coordinate and integrate the registration of sociocultural, economic, and environmental characteristics of local stakeholder groups within the mining unit’s sphere of influence. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Law, Agronomic Engineering, Agronomy, Animal Science Engineering, Geography, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in community negotiations. * Advanced proficiency in Quechua. **We invite you to join Hochschild and discover why We Are More Than Mining!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.6,000.00 - S/.6,500.00 per month Application Questions: * What degree did you obtain and what is your academic level? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience negotiating with rural communities?
