**Position Objective** Direct, implement, and supervise the **Integrated Management System for Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality**, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations (ISPS Code, AEO, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, among others), as well as protection of people, assets, information, and operational continuity of the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and lead the **Integrated Management System (IMS)** at the port. * Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in **physical, occupational, environmental, and quality safety**. * Implement and maintain **port security protocols (ISPS Code)** and secure trade programs (AEO). * Design and execute **risk prevention, control, and emergency response plans** (spills, fires, external threats). * Coordinate and supervise internal and external certification and regulatory audits. * Establish integrated safety performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior management. * Manage staff training and awareness programs on safety culture, quality, and sustainability. * Represent the company before **port, maritime, customs, and environmental authorities**. * Lead continuous improvement programs, aligning safety with port operational efficiency and productivity. **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining, Safety, or related fields**. * Specialization or diploma in **Integrated Management Systems**. * Desired certification as **Lead Auditor ISO (9001, 14001, 45001\)** and training in **ISPS Code**. **Required Experience** * More than **7 years of experience** in leadership roles in integrated safety, preferably within **port, logistics, industrial, or mining companies**. * Proven experience in implementing **integrated management systems and international port security protocols**. * Experience in emergency management, regulatory audits, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
