At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, an engineering and telecommunications solutions company, we are looking for a **Telecommunications Technician based in Moquegua**, with experience in installation, maintenance, and operation of networks, to join projects in the **industrial and mining sectors** in the southern region of the country. This position requires a committed professional with technical knowledge in telecommunications infrastructure and willingness to perform fieldwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation of internal and external plant equipment, including **networking, power, microwave, fiber optics, infrastructure, air conditioning, and protection systems**. * Running and organizing **structured cabling, data networks, and power systems**. * Basic configuration of **air conditioning systems and rectifiers**. * Installation of **telecommunications cabinets and equipment** in technical rooms and data centers. * Implementation and configuration of **telephone systems** (switchboards, telephone networks). * Compliance with **safety and SSOMA protocols** during work execution. **Profile Requirements** * **Technician or Engineer** in Telecommunications and/or Electronics. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in operations, maintenance, or installation of telecommunications networks. * **Residence in Moquegua (mandatory requirement).** * High responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to travel to project sites within the region. * Competencies: **Proactivity, teamwork, effective communication, and results orientation.** **Job Experience** * Experience in **Telecommunications, Radio Frequency, Microwave, Nodes, and Repeaters**. * Experience in **surveillance systems, CCTV, and Cisco equipment**. * Knowledge in **fiber optics, installation, and equipment configuration**. * Experience in **mining, industrial, or energy sectors** (desirable). **Job Skills** * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced level)**. * Knowledge of **Microsoft Project, Power BI, and AutoCAD** (desirable). **Conditions** * **Immediate hiring** for ongoing projects in the Moquegua area. * **Travel expenses, meals, and accommodation covered** when required due to travel. * Daily payment mode, based on performance and project progress.
