




We are currently looking for the best talent for the position of **ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** who is eager to apply their knowledge and grow with us, possessing assertive communication skills, organization, report management, and presentation abilities. **Responsibilities:** Record accounting entries for purchases, sales, credit notes, and debit notes Control and monitor accounts payable to pharmaceutical and supply vendors Manage collections and issue account statements to customers Perform periodic bank reconciliations Conduct valuation of inventory for supplies, conditioning materials, and organizational assets Complete purchase and sales records in the corresponding formats Supervise general accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records Manage customer portfolio regarding timely payment compliance Prepare quotations for pharmaceutical products Provide any requested reports to management and/or administration departments Perform any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor **Requirements:** Graduate or currently completing final cycles in Accounting Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles Ability to work effectively in a team Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** Practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment Continuous learning and professional development Corporate discounts If you're ready to dive into the marketing world and contribute fresh ideas, we'd love to hear from you!
