We are currently looking for the best talent for the position of **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE** at our pharmaceutical office LABPHARMA, who will ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of our facilities. **Experience:** \-Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning and/or maintenance \-Completed secondary education \-Possession of a certificate confirming no police or judicial records \-Effective and empathetic communication skills **Responsibilities:** Perform daily cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, common areas, and other designated zones. Clean and disinfect surfaces such as desks, door handles, light switches, etc. Wash, sweep, and mop floors using authorized products. Empty trash bins, collect waste, and dispose of it properly according to established protocols. Apply specific cleaning procedures for designated areas as per protocol. Use protective equipment as indicated by the supervisor. Request timely replenishment of cleaning supplies. Care for and maintain equipment and tools in good condition. Accurately complete cleaning logs (Check-list). Report any facility anomalies or conditions affecting cleanliness and safety to the immediate supervisor. Comply with biosafety protocols, GMP, and internal company regulations. Participate in training sessions on hygiene, occupational safety, and chemical product usage.
