We are looking for new staff for social media and web systems community management with different themes. The following is required and provided: What do you need to be our Community Manager? \- Be of legal age \- Graduate of a university or technical program in Communications, Marketing and Advertising, or related fields. \- Knowledge of design tools: Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe. \- Immediate availability for full-time work from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. \- Attitude, capability, and high motivation to achieve goals. \- Proficiency in writing and diverse content topics. \- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. \- High motivation to learn and creativity. \- Excellent communication skills at all levels. \- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and extroverted. What will be your main responsibilities? \- Creation and management of content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.). \- Creation and editing of visual or audiovisual content to maintain the brand's active presence on social media. \- Publishing and scheduling content according to the content calendar and grid, both for social media and the website. \- Development of the Digital Marketing plan. \- Communicate with and assist users in groups, communities, and forums. \- Identify opinion leaders (influencers) and establish good relationships with them. \- Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for our clients' websites and corporate sites. \- Carry out strategy and implementation of Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads. \- Analyze and make decisions based on results from Google Analytics or KPI measurement tools. \- Perform other duties within your scope assigned by your immediate supervisor.
