




**Minimum Requirements:** * Student, graduate, or with incomplete technical and/or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Secretarial, and/or related fields * 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills required * Availability to work in person in Santiago de Surco from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactive, self-initiated, and responsible * Good attitude and flexibility * Excellent verbal and written communication * Punctuality and respect **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and receive internal and external personnel * Control and file company documents * Operate the telephone switchboard, transferring calls to the appropriate users and keeping contact numbers updated * Manage visitor records using Excel spreadsheets * Other tasks as requested by immediate supervisor Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,400.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * What are your salary expectations?
