





**CALL CENTER FUNCTIONS:** Make outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of offering products or services from the University. Answer incoming calls from existing customers to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and process orders. Follow sales scripts and argumentation guidelines provided by the University to effectively promote products or services. Accurately and completely record each customer interaction in the customer management system (CRM). Meet individual and team sales targets established by the University. Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities during customer interactions. Handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive customer experience, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with other departments (sales team, admissions, or student support) to propose or solve problems and improve processes, in joint coordination with your supervisor. Participate in talks or training and development sessions provided by the University to enhance sales and customer service skills. **DIGITAL CHANNELS FUNCTIONS (WHATSAPP):** Propose, define, implement, and lead the commercial strategy through the WhatsApp channel, adapting it to undergraduate, graduate, second specialization, and continuing education programs. Propose and adjust the initial target model together with the sales manager specifically for the WhatsApp channel, ensuring alignment with process objectives and timely delivery of goals from the sales management. Set individual and team objectives for the sales team working on the WhatsApp channel, supervising their performance and providing feedback to improve the effectiveness of interactions. Manage incidents and issues identified in commercial interactions via WhatsApp, taking necessary actions to prevent workflow delays and ensure a satisfactory experience for potential customers. Maintain fluid and collaborative communication with other sales areas, ensuring that commercial strategies implemented on the WhatsApp channel are aligned with the University's sales plans. Apply control systems provided by your coordination to monitor progress and achievement of sales targets through the WhatsApp channel, using technological tools and tracking systems to evaluate performance and effectiveness of implemented strategies. Support the design of specific policies and commercial strategies for the WhatsApp channel, contributing ideas and recommendations that enhance the success of digital sales initiatives. Perform other related or complementary functions assigned by your immediate supervisor to support the development of sales activities and achieve established objectives through the WhatsApp channel. Requirements Graduate or incomplete studies from an institute or university in Marketing, Tourism, or related fields. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (preferred). Solid knowledge of virtual environments, technological tools, and CRM. Proficient use of Excel. At least one (01) year of experience in similar positions, preferably within the educational sector.
