




Requirements: * Technical or university degree in administration, marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event production and coordination. * Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: * Oversee the overall logistics of events, ensuring proper space arrangements, equipment setup, and correct management of complementary services. * Prepare and manage assigned budgets for each event. * Coordinate event promotional materials, programs, dissemination, and presentations. * Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain the best rates and conditions. * Coordinate with suppliers (venues, catering, personnel, etc.) to ensure high-quality services. * Plan, organize, and carry out multiple tasks efficiently. * Timely communicate event details, guidelines, and requirements to involved departments. * Verify that contracts and payments (deposits) comply with agreed conditions. * Ensure contracts and deposits are completed according to payment terms. * Prepare budgets. * Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and present reports. * Fulfill other duties assigned by their direct supervisor related to the position.
