Position objective: Ensure proper compliance with regulations applicable to the Company and with the requirements raised by regulatory bodies, as well as provide legal support to different areas of the Company according to current regulations. Responsibilities: Support in managing and coordinating Board of Directors meetings, General Shareholders Meetings, preparation of agendas and other applicable documentation. Responsible for all administrative procedures before Public Registries and Notaries. Responsible for communicating and following up on regulatory authorities' official communications. Responsible for maintaining the corporate website updated regarding Corporate Governance information. Analyze and respond to legal inquiries from different areas of the company, keeping records and control over them. Responsible for daily monitoring of regulations published in the Official Gazette "El Peruano" and for notifying the Company of those applicable to its operations. Responsible for preparing Legal Bulletins and managing their dissemination within the Company. Support in preparing reports to the parent company. Support the Legal Management in drafting Letters, Reports, Documents and other materials required by regulators. Responsible for closing action plans related to incidents and managing corresponding risk controls. Responsible for properly managing procedures, policies, and manuals directly affecting the activities carried out, including their updating, modification, and creation. Ensure confidentiality of personal data handled throughout all activities managed. Support the Compliance Officer in carrying out compliance functions. Responsible for identifying regulations impacting the Company, creating follow-up tracking tables, and coordinating with responsible departments for their implementation and compliance. Responsible for maintaining the regulatory risk matrix up to date. Responsible for monitoring, via GCI, compliance with the submission of regulatory annexes, reports, and other required documents. Responsible for reviewing insurance policies and addressing observations raised by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP. Responsible for preparing and submitting to SMV any Material Events required under current regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law 5 years of experience as a lawyer in law firms and/or companies related to the financial or insurance sectors. Intermediate level English Knowledge in corporate law, insurance law, administrative law, and corporate governance
