**Date:** October 3, 2025 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking: **Long-Term Planning Manager** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, review, and validate long-term mine plans (LOM) for underground and open-pit mining, aligned with corporate strategy. * Coordinate with Geology, Operations, and other support departments to integrate long-term production plans. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operating costs, productivity, and extension of the LOM for business units. **Professional Profile:** * Graduate in Mining Engineering, licensed professional (mandatory) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground mining and 3 years in long-term planning roles. * Experience in underground mining methods such as Sub Level Stoping, Over Cut \& Fill, Bench \& Fill. * Proficient in mining planning and optimization software: Deswik, MineSight, Whittle. * Knowledge of reserve auditing under SK\-1300 standards. * Leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams, effective communication, and strategic thinking. **Application deadline: October 16** ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
