We are currently looking for top talent for the position of **RECEPTIONIST** who possesses communication skills, sales ability, and excellent customer service. **Requirements:** Technical degree or student in administration or related fields Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite Experience issuing payment receipts Knowledge in document writing and filing **Responsibilities:** Receive, register, and guide patients visiting the clinic and/or building Schedule and reserve meeting rooms in the building Schedule, confirm, modify, or reschedule medical appointments Maintain updated patient records (physical or digital clinical files) Provide basic information about services offered and close sales Prepare and file administrative documents Record consultation payments and issue payment receipts Keep patient files organized and up to date Assist in managing office and medical supplies Answer calls, emails, or messages regarding appointments and inquiries Coordinate with treating physicians any special patient instructions Support dissemination of information, promotions, campaigns, notices, among others Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor during working hours **Benefits:** Ongoing training Career advancement opportunities Positive work environment Corporate discounts Sales commissions Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site
