Main responsibilities: * Organize, supervise and lead the team under their charge, 1 coordinator and 4 sales executives. * Define, propose, coordinate and execute actions aimed at achieving sales quotas. * Propose promotional actions that enable meeting sales targets and hunting of corporate companies. * Retain and maintain loyalty of the current customer portfolio. * Ensure proper affiliation, onboarding, and post\-sale advisory for new clients. REQUIREMENTS: * University studies in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. * Extensive experience in corporate sales. * Minimum of 4 years in commercial management roles within service companies, preferably in insurance, banking, or pension fund (AFP) sectors.
