Lead planning, change control, contract management, technical documentation, and subcontracting, ensuring proper execution and project profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead overall site planning (schedule, progress, deviations, alerts). * Manage and justify work valuations and final settlements. * Monitor operational results (RO) and prepare the project's cash flow. * Prepare technical, financial, and contractual monitoring reports. * Manage subcontracts: evaluation, selection, and control of subcontracted items. * Lead engineering control (drawings, technical specifications, design documents). * Administer project document control. * Supervise and report efficient use of key materials on site. * Manage change control (additions and deductions) and their impacts. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations with clients and subcontractors. * Monitor personnel productivity through performance indicators. * Promote safety and regulatory compliance within the work team. * Actively participate in identifying and mitigating technical and economic risks. * Ensure data quality and accurate reporting at all levels. * Establish effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Analyze and propose technical solutions to site problems or contingencies. * Properly manage available resources to optimize time and cost. * Support technical audits and internal project controls. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered professional in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in similar roles in construction projects (retail and buildings). * Advanced skills in **Office**, **Project**, **Presto** or similar, **AutoCAD (mandatory)**, **Revit (desirable)**. * Diploma in budget preparation, contract management, or construction scheduling is desirable. **Benefits:** * On-payroll employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunities for growth and professional development in high-impact projects. * Bonuses based on goal achievement and performance. * Technical and specialized training. * Excellent work environment and collaborative culture. * Health insurance EPS (optional). * Corporate discounts in education, health, entertainment, among others.
