CERRO LINDO: **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 04 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the mining or mining services sector. * Previous experience activating personnel in the Tu personal system (**RAINBOW**). * Experience managing mining camps and overseeing general site services. * Intermediate to advanced MS Office/Excel skills. * Availability to work at UM CERRO LINDO. * Availability to work under non-standard work schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with labor laws at the beginning, during, and after operations. * Coordinate entry and exit of transportation units. * Responsible for controlling and managing workforce timekeeping. * Manage and maintain daily worker attendance records. * Administer project petty cash.
