





**Job Mission** Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital campaigns (emails, landing pages, and automations in HubSpot), and provide administrative support to Management to ensure operations and projects are executed on time and with quality. Responsibilities **Digital Marketing (50%)** * Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automations in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, lead scoring). * Create and optimize landing pages (copy, forms, CTAs, A/B testing). * Manage databases: cleaning, active lists, properties, and reports. * Measure performance (OR, CTR, CVR, CPL, MQL/SQL) using HubSpot Reports and GA4. * Manage social media and advertising (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads) and UTMs. **Administration (50%)** * Support Management: schedules, meeting minutes, task follow-up, and KPIs. * Procurement and coordination with suppliers, payment tracking, and invoices. * Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels. * Prepare reports and executive presentations. **At the upcoming EXPODRON PERÚ event:** * Coordinate with design/agencies and suppliers (print, web, video). * Pre-event: acquisition plan (emails, landings, ads), CRM (HubSpot), guest list, partnerships, sponsorships, budget, suppliers (truss, LED, sound), accreditations. * During the event: booth operations, lead scanning/registration (QR), demo schedule and 1:1 meetings, management of speakers/VIPs, coordination with logistics and press. * Post-event: clean and upload leads to CRM, scoring and nurturing, commercial follow-ups, results report (leads, cost per lead, opportunities, generated pipeline, sales). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration and Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Experience in digital marketing and/or CRM. * Proficiency in HubSpot (lists, forms, workflows, landings, and reports). * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for adjusting emails/landings. * GA4 (Google Analytics 4): analytics platform to monitor traffic, sources, behavior, and conversions (goals). * GTM (Google Tag Manager): tag manager to install and manage tracking codes (without modifying site code each time). * Knowledge of CRO, on-page SEO, and Meta/LinkedIn Ads. **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Experience in events, training courses, or technology/innovation sector. * Proficiency in Canva/Figma and basic video editing skills. **Benefits** * Growth opportunities in high-impact projects. * Continuous training (HubSpot Academy, GA4, etc.). * Collaborative environment with a focus on innovation. * Training and instruction for drone piloting. * Ongoing training for the drone industry. * Certification at educational events. ***Apply now and join our team!*** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
