In Peru, in addition to being specialists in inbound tourism, incentive travel, corporate events, and customized experiences, we are seeking to strengthen our administrative and financial management to continue growing sustainably in the region. **Your responsibilities** * Supervise treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor control processes. * Prepare and deliver timely financial statements. * Verify accurate recording of accounting transactions (purchases, sales, accruals). * Coordinate internal and external audits and tax inspections. * Implement improvements in administrative processes and internal controls. * Prepare regional financial reports (multi-country, multi\-currency). * Advise management on compliance with tax and administrative regulations. * Execute continuous improvements in current management systems. * Supervise the administrative and accounting team in their daily performance. * Manage office procurement ensuring efficiency and transparency. * Implement processes and improvements in administrative and accounting operations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). **What we are looking for** * Degree in Accounting or Administration, licensed professional. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and accounting management. * Experience leading administrative and accounting teams. * Experience in service companies, preferably in tourism/hospitality, event logistics, or international corporate services. * Experience with multi-country, multi\-currency reporting and interaction with parent companies or international headquarters. * Strong knowledge of comprehensive accounting processes and Peruvian tax regulations. * Desirable specialization in taxation, finance, or business management. * Proficiency in Data Analytics tools (Power BI, advanced Excel). * Intermediate English (advanced desirable). * Knowledge of Starsoft accounting system or other ERPs. **Skills** * Effective communication at all levels. * Influence and negotiation skills. * Empathy and leadership in team management. * Organization and planning. * Results-oriented. * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. **What we offer** * Hybrid work mode starting from the 4th month (on-site \+ remote). * 70% EPS coverage for the employee. * Life insurance as per legal requirements from day one. * Positive work environment. * Benefits as per labor law.
