





**Administrative Assistant** 1\. **Commercial Management and Billing** * Issue quotations and follow up with clients until closure or final response. * Issue electronic invoices and coordinate their delivery as required (email, client platforms, physical delivery). * Timely and properly request purchase orders, HES, valuations, or any other supporting documents required by the client for invoicing. * Conduct client visits as part of customer loyalty processes. * Follow up on collections, payments, deduction settlements, and retention payments. * Perform analysis for the application of deductions or retentions and support corresponding accounting records. * Be responsible for providing updated and accurate information on billing status, contracts, and revenue to various departments within the organization. 2\. **Contract and Corporate Document Management** * Manage contracts from issuance, control, to updating. * Prepare corporate documents such as memos, meeting minutes, reports, requests, and official letters. * Register, archive, and distribute received or generated documentation within the department. * Support in developing administrative work procedures. 3\. **Administrative Reporting and Management Control** * Prepare administrative reports and tracking dashboards. * Generate service traffic reports (usage, volume, trends, or other relevant indicators). * Record purchase and sales vouchers in established systems. * Support the accounting department in recording and validating financial documents. 4\. **Logistics and Inventory** * Conduct physical inventory counts and stock control according to schedule. * Gather team requirements and coordinate requests for materials, services, or other necessary resources. 5\. **General Support and Interdepartmental Coordination** * Provide support to other administrative areas such as customer service, logistics, collections, or accounting as needed. * Respond to internal or external inquiries on administrative matters and provide solutions or proper referrals. * Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting** (Mandatory). **Experience** * **Minimum of 4 years** in administrative roles. * Experience in accounting and issuing a **minimum of 300 monthly vouchers**. * Previous experience with **government entities** will be valued. * Experience working in telecommunications companies (Mandatory). **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **StarSoft** (Mandatory). * Intermediate to advanced **Microsoft Office** skills. * Knowledge of **pivot tables** and **Power BI**. * Excellent **writing and spelling**. **Personal Skills** * Proactivity and analytical ability. * Adaptability to change. * Willingness to learn and share knowledge. **Benefits** * Enrollment in **payroll from day one** with all statutory benefits. * **Internal and external training**. * Market-competitive **compensation**. **Job Conditions** * **Position type**: Full-time. * **Work mode**: 100% on-site. * **Working hours**: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. *(Non-negotiable schedule)* * **Location**: One block from Óvalo Higuereta – Surco, Lima.
