





**Leading company in the national transportation, shipping, and delivery sector;** is looking for a talented individual for the position of **LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate the execution of internal and external training sessions, including management of venues, materials, logistics, and communication with facilitators. * Record employee participation and consolidate information into the ERP system. * Systematize training processes to ensure traceability, control, and compliance within the training plan. * Support the identification of training needs and collaborate in the development of the Annual Training Plan. * Design and propose methodologies and programs focused on talent development, aimed at closing skill and knowledge gaps. * Manage training actions arising from performance evaluations, coordinating individual or group improvement plans. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest necessary improvements or adjustments. * Apply tools for potential detection and support internal talent development initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS** * Student or graduate in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in training, talent development, or related roles. * Knowledge and proficiency in educational technologies and learning applications (LMS, virtual tools). * Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel (desirable). * Familiarity with training management indicators and development programs (desirable). * Support in organizing corporate events. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Life Insurance, SCTR, and EsSalud health coverage. * Career progression opportunities with us. * Salary: S/ 1700 – S/ 1300 on full payroll + S/400 monthly salary bonus (fixed amount each month).
