Attend to customers and suppliers via email, chat, or phone. Use office software tools, applications, and techniques on a daily basis. Carry out various functions within the administrative field. Manage and resolve possible incidents. Verify and maintain inventory. Prepare and manage necessary transportation documentation. Handle delivery incidents and traffic management. ***Competencies:*** Intermediate knowledge of office tools such as Excel. Communication skills. Knowledge of logistics and transportation management systems. Other functions considered inherent to the Administrative Department.
