




Our client is a company that imports and distributes supplies for the visual communication industry. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields One year of experience in the role Intermediate level in Office software Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Receive orders generated by the sales team, verify their completeness, and enter the information into the commercial management system Confirm the availability of requested materials by coordinating with the warehouse and production departments to ensure timely supply Internally manage order preparation and dispatch by coordinating with production, logistics, and the dispatch supervisor to meet established deadlines Monitor order status until final delivery, maintaining active communication with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and coordinate returns when necessary Generate invoices for processed orders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with administrative procedures.
