




**Freight transportation company** wishes to incorporate into its staff a **Billing Assistant \- (Callao)** **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. Availability to work near Jorge CHÁVEZ Airport. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Verify sender's waybills and issue carrier waybills to support payment for contracted services. Consult with Sales and Operations departments at branches regarding necessary customer, supplier and goods information to correctly issue waybills and invoices. Send invoices, carrier waybills and administrative control records of the corresponding branch series to Billing – Lima for proper archiving. Issue and send bills of lading for shipments from the branch to their respective destination for administrative tracking. Monitor carrier waybills to ensure accurate billing of completed services.
