**A) Academic Qualifications:** Professional in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related disciplines. **B) Experience:** * Minimum 36 months of specific experience (counted from professional registration) as project director, site manager, or supervisor for drinking water and sanitation projects or similar. * Specific experience in projects involving the execution of drinking water and sanitation works similar to those to be supervised, across a maximum of (03) projects whose cumulative value is equal to or exceeds USD$50,000,000.
