REQUIREMENTS: . Minimum 1 year of previous experience as Community Manager or Content Creator. . Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, among others (DESIRABLE). . Proficiency in Capcut . Experience with social media advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google ADS, TikTok . Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, advertising, organic and paid growth on social media. . Creative, innovative, passion for social media and digital trends . Experience creating banners, logos, IG posts . Creativity to develop visual content. . Knowledge of design and video trends on social media. . Teamwork. . Residing in La Victoria or nearby districts. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Creation of trending social media content. . Monitoring the company's social media accounts. . Implementation of strategies to gain new followers across different platforms. . Responsible for daily and/or weekly social media postings. . Creation and review of social media content (IG/FB and TikTok). . Taking and editing photos and videos. . Conducting live streams. . Creating brand posts and stories.
