We are currently seeking personnel for our Miraflores office for the position of **SECTORIST**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or technical professional in Foreign Trade or International Business Administration, preferably. * Knowledge of procedures, customs regimes, legal regulations, coordination with freight agents and clients. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service within a Customs Agency. * Experience in knowledge of Customs Legislation. * Experience in Customs Operations. * Experience in identifying restricted and prohibited goods. * Soft skills for effective leadership. * Proficiency in SINTAD. * Availability to work Monday to Friday: 8:30am \- 6:00pm and Saturdays: 8:30am \- 1:00pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations; if lacking knowledge on any subject, must consult the reviewer or Legal Representative for appropriate support. * Review received documentation to verify accuracy and completeness, coordinating with the client for corrections when necessary (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, bank transfers to supplier, etc.). * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the corresponding liquidator for numbering. * Send shipment status updates to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proformas received from the commercial department to prevent billing errors. * Maintain control over client shipments, monitoring deadlines for regimes, regularizations, bonds, and all relevant information required for successful clearance. * Request confirmation of BL authorizations from shipping lines and freight agencies, as well as corresponding VB procedures. Request payments to third parties related to VB, document issuance, DTHC, etc. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception schedules, crew requests, or any other special service required by the client, ensuring proper notification to that department. * Coordinate and manage customer cargo routing as required. * Check and inform clients about free days for demurrage and storage to avoid additional costs, maintaining accurate tracking. * Generate inspection requests via the VUCE system for SENASA inspections. * Schedule inspections with public or private entities responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of goods (SUCAMEC, SERFOR). Follow-up and control shipments considering deadlines. * Coordinate with Customs and/or BOE the scheduling of physical inspections (date, time, location, etc.) according to the applicable customs regime. * Confirm opening and registration of final digital documents with complete documentation required by Customs according to legislation, sending to the Archiving department. **BENEFITS:** * Full-time payroll under general regime from day one * Competitive market-aligned salary Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * What systems do you use?
