**Position Name:** Driver – Logistics Operator **Area:** Logistics **Modality:** In-person **Location:** Villa El Salvador **Position Objective:** Drive company vehicles for the transportation, delivery, and collection of goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers, as well as support operational tasks such as loading, unloading, and warehouse organization, complying with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate company vehicles for the delivery and pickup of goods at assigned destinations. * Check the basic mechanical condition of the vehicle (fuel, tires, lights, brakes) before each shift. * Load and unload goods in coordination with the logistics team, ensuring proper handling. * Review and deliver relevant documentation (shipping guides, invoices, receipts) to customers. * Assist in organizing and placing products within the warehouse when required. * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and orderly. * Follow established routes, schedules, and procedures defined by the Logistics department. * Report promptly any incidents, malfunctions, or irregularities related to transportation or goods. * Support inventory counts and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical studies in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Valid driver's license appropriate to the type of vehicle required (A\-I or higher). * Minimum of 1 year of experience driving vehicles for distribution or delivery. * Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety. * Prior experience in logistics operations (loading, unloading, inventory) is desirable. * Teamwork skills, responsibility, and customer orientation. * Availability to perform physical effort during loading and unloading of goods.
