A leading Underground Gold Mining Company is seeking the best talent for the position of **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR FOOD SERVICE AND CAMP EQUIPMENT** who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Industrial Electrician Technician, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. \* MANDATORY: Experience with food service machinery and equipment in mining concessions or camps. \* Maintain in optimal and reliable condition the equipment, machines, and installations operating within the infrastructure assigned to the food concession, as well as machinery and equipment used in the Unit's camp. \* Proactive with a desire for professional development. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment for food concessions and camp facilities (refrigeration chambers, air conditioning units, freezers, bakery ovens, industrial stoves, and other camp equipment such as water heaters, compressors, mixers, flattening machines, rotary hammers, grinders, circular saws, welding machines, stationary and submersible pumps, sewing machines, die cutters). \* Fabricate and install furnishings for dining areas, kitchens, storage rooms, bakeries, walkways, and other infrastructure needs of the food concession. \* Handle documentation required for Safety Management related to area activities. \* Monitor equipment usage hours for maintenance purposes and complete corresponding Check Lists. \* Report any non-routine incidents occurring during work activities to designated supervisors (Administrators). \* Notify/advise area Administrators of upcoming scheduled maintenance activities. \* Perform other duties assigned on a specific or emergency basis by immediate supervisors. **WHAT WE OFFER?** \* Formal employment with all legal benefits. \* Transportation, meals, and camp accommodation provided. \* Work schedule: 14\*7 system. \* Availability to work in Chala, Arequipa.
