





Our company is looking to hire 2 Finance Assistants to work in the district of La Molina. **Requirements** * Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing guarantee letters * Minimum of 3 years of work experience managing various insurance policies * Minimum of 3 years of experience using the Net Cash platform – BBVA * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ERP STARSOFT – PURCHASES MODULE **Responsibilities** * Daily recording of income and expenses in Excel for banking transactions * Daily review of bank transaction activity on the BBVA NET CASH platform * Preparation of payment orders in Starsoft * Manage issuance, renewal, and return of customer and supplier guarantee letters, as well as prepare the monthly report * Manage issuance and renewals of all types of insurance (CAR POLICY and RC OBRAS), including vehicles and yellow-line machinery (CTR POLICY, transportation insurance, etc.) * Send payment confirmations (via email) to all departments that have requested payments * Manage the return of guarantee funds from Guarantee Letters Job type: Full-time Application questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Have you managed the types of insurance described in this posting?
