We are an experienced and robust company with integrated logistics capabilities, formal operations, and efficient management that ensure reliability and compliance in every transaction. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a professional responsible for leading the commercial and sales strategy of the Fresh and Frozen Division (ginger, turmeric, avocado; juices, etc.), coordinating activities from sourcing and operations to container scheduling and customer service in the US, Europe, and Asia. This role will lead the annual commercial plan per campaign, manage key accounts, coordinate with Operations, Production, and Quality teams, and leverage our distribution company in Florida, US, to segment and sell to medium and small clients. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Commercial Management, Sales, and P\&L** \- Design the Annual Commercial Plan by product, campaign, and market, including targets, forecasts, pricing, and estimated margins. \- Own the division's P\&L (revenues, margins, contribution by product line and customer). \- Develop and execute commercial programs per campaign (fresh and frozen), maximizing plant utilization and contract fulfillment. \- Identify and enter new geographies, segments, and channels, prioritizing profitability. \- Customer Management and Business Development \- Directly manage relationships with key customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia: profiles, segments, specifications, and regulatory requirements. \- Develop new accounts and expand share within existing ones through technical and commercial proposals. \- Participate in and identify key industry fairs and events to generate opportunities and partnerships. \- Leverage the US-based distribution company to sell to medium/small customers (LTL/LCL, pallets), designing offers based on packaging, specs, and product turnover. \- Operational, Production, and Quality Coordination \- Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Quality teams on container scheduling per customer/program (specifications, timelines, documentation). \- Supervise compliance with regulatory standards (sanitary, quality, labeling, traceability, MRLs, country/client norms) and audit requirements. \- Work with Logistics to ensure bookings, cut\-offs, ETDs/ETAs, and proactive communication to customers in case of deviations. \- Planning, Data, and Continuous Improvement \- Build and maintain pipeline tracking per campaign (allocations, contracts, yields, losses, availability) and KPI dashboards (fill rate, OTIF, margin, claims, inventory turnover). \- Implement commercial S\&OP routines with support areas and provide executive reports (weekly/biweekly) to management. \- Team Leadership \- Lead a small sales/trading team, setting individual and collective goals. \- Foster a culture of agile response to customers and internal coordination across all fronts. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Academic Background:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields. **Experience:** 5–8\+ years in commercial/sales roles in international fresh and/or frozen food products, preferably fruits. Proven experience managing seasonal campaigns, export containers, and accounts in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Solid knowledge of regulations and quality standards (specs, MRLs, HACCP/GMP, traceability) and cold chain and frozen processing. **Technical Skills** ***(desirable / nice to have)*** Proficiency in ERP (Odoo) and Excel. Network of commercial contacts *(buyers, importers, distributors)* in Fresh and Frozen products. Knowledge of operational-financial topics and KPI monitoring. **Languages and Availability** Advanced English (spoken and written) required.
