A master’s degree in Logistics or similar is desirable. Specialization in procurement (minimum duration of 6 months). **Training:** * Technical training in public procurement or general logistics management, totaling no fewer than 80 lecture hours. * Knowledge of regulations governing procurement in state-owned enterprises. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions within state-owned enterprises or private-sector companies; additionally, documented work experience in public procurement or private logistics, amounting to no less than 1 year.
