Our client, an important Peruvian company expanding nationwide specialized in fiber optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for an **IT Engineer \- Core.** What are the main responsibilities? * Design the network architecture that ensures service to customers. * Carry out operational activities to guarantee service levels, availability, and optimal network performance. * Ensure service availability, propose and manage continuous improvement processes. * Identify opportunities aimed at providing better service. * Propose technical solutions to commercial requirements. * Attend, analyze, and resolve service platform alerts according to the corresponding escalation. What are we looking for? * Professional in Telecommunications, Systems, or Electronics Engineering. * 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge in configuration and administration of routers (Hua M60, M14\), switches (Hua, Mikrotik), OLT (Hua and ZTE), firewalls, servers (DHCP, DNS Radius, AAA), video servers, virtual servers, CORE network management, transport network, communication protocols (BGP or CGNAT), routing policies (PBR, IPv6, MPLS, BRAS, etc.), management of OLT access network (GPON, XG/XGS\-PON, IPoE, DHCP, OLT L2, OLT L3, IPv6\), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, CACTI, DUDE, etc.). * Experience in VLANs \- VPN network segmentation and virtualization with VMware and LINUX OS. * Leadership-oriented, helpful, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative person.
