Job Profile: Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. License: A1 (REQUIRED) Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience as an operations supervisor in the transportation sector (MANDATORY) Residence: Arequipa (MANDATORY) Required Skills: Office software, Excel (Intermediate - Advanced). Main Responsibilities: * Fully supervise the **operational status and condition** of the entire fleet of vehicles assigned to operations. * Actively **monitor and coordinate** all transportation operations to ensure timely fulfillment of contracted services and customer requirements. * Execute and control the proper and optimal **assignment of units** based on the type and specifications of each requested service. * **Schedule, coordinate, and report** daily availability and movement of transportation units. * Coordinate with the Maintenance department regarding units requiring **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance**, ensuring fleet availability and reliability. * Thoroughly investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and implementing necessary **corrective actions** to prevent future risks and improve safety. * **Plan and organize** the availability and scheduling of shifts for personnel under supervision, ensuring continuous operational coverage. * **Implement and evaluate strategic and operational plans** aimed at **continuously improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability** of transportation operations. * **Preparation of management reports.** CONDITIONS: Work Location: Vía Evitamiento, Cerro Colorado, Arequipa.
