Excellent work environment and stability **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (Metal-Mechanical Sector)** **Company:** Prosimet SRL \- Industrial / Metal-Mechanical Sector **Location:** Eastern Lima **Work Mode:** On-site / Full-time You have experience in cost control and procurement within the industrial sector or mechanical workshops. This is your opportunity! We seek an analytical and organized professional to comprehensively lead our machinery production procurement, inventory management, and cost structure. **Responsibilities:** * **Cost Management (40%):** Design and update the manufacturing cost structure (raw materials, labor hours, waste) and support the commercial department by tracking the Production Flow Matrix (Quotation, PO Release, Work Order Tracking) * **Procurement and Negotiation (30%):** Manage procurement of steel, welding materials, and spare parts; negotiate with local suppliers to secure better prices, credit terms, and delivery times. * **Inventory Control (30%):** Supervise warehouse receipts/issuances, conduct periodic inventories, and monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in procurement, warehousing, and cost management, **mandatory** in metal-mechanical companies, mechanical workshops, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance. * **Tools:** Intermediate\-Advanced Excel (pivot tables and formulas); ERP system proficiency. * **Skills:** Negotiation, organization, and excellent communication (liaison between workshop and management). * **Residence:** Preferably in areas adjacent to Eastern Lima **Working Hours:** Mon\-Fri (8:00 a.m.\-5:30 p.m.) Sat (8:00 a.m.\-1:30 p.m.) **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards and experience. * Opportunity to **lead a key department** with direct communication to management. * Excellent work environment and stability. **Apply with us and advance your professional growth in the industrial sector** Workplace: On-site employment
