We are currently looking for the best talent to join our team of professionals in the position of: **MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT AND TRANSPORT ANALYST** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with involved departments for collection, transfer of materials, equipment and personnel. * Optimize activities of transport units. * Assign rented and owned vehicles. * Schedule driver routes. * Monitor the status of rented vehicles. * Evaluate fuel performance of light and heavy vehicles. * Follow up on homologation and checklists for new entries. * Monitor and control incidents involving owned and third-party carriers. * Manage purchases of spare parts for machinery and equipment maintenance. * Continuously monitor, coordinate with the Mechanical Technician preventive maintenance and supervise corrective maintenance of owned and rented vehicles. * Search and select new suppliers. * Prepare comparative tables of services and rentals of minor equipment. * Manage homologation of machinery, operators and vehicles. * Maintain records and reports of fuel consumption and kilometers traveled. * Analyze management system for cost reduction (fuel, incidents, etc.). * Use GPS system to locate, control and respond in case of unwanted events in fleet transportation. * Negotiate with suppliers or third-party companies. * Monitor vehicle fleet checklists, technical inspections and SOAT insurance. * Prepare monthly reports on operational metrics, savings and costs. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration and/or Engineering fields: International Business Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. * Diploma and/or course in Logistics and Operations, Supply Chain Management or related areas. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Minimum of 02 years of experience in similar positions and/or related to the role. **Fleet control, indicators, fuel, knowledge of vehicles and equipment purchasing.** **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Full payroll with all statutory benefits. * Punctual payments. * Constant training. * Career advancement opportunities. * Profit sharing. * Corporate discounts. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am * Work mode: On-site * Availability to work in Ate. **Note: Discrimination is prohibited by law N° 29973 in this company.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site job
