La Calera, a Peruvian egg distribution company, is looking for the best talent for the position of **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** in the **TRANSPORTATION AREA AT LA CALERA CHORRILLOS.** **Mission:** Control and review collected data from the transportation fleet to optimize costs incurred in corrective and preventive maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Recently graduated technician or university student in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Work experience of 8 months to 1 year in this or similar positions. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Class A1 Driver's License **(Important)** * Knowledge of traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance, and distribution. * Knowledge or training course in fleet management. * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday, 9:00am \- 6:00pm (Until fleet operations are completed)** in Chorrillos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor, measure, and compare the performance of transportation units by tracking consumption, costs, and deviations to detect anomalies and correct them. * Handle emergency cases or breakdowns by arranging necessary resources to resolve issues on-site or by transporting the vehicle back to base. * Provide data input for departmental indicators, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Execute the company's vehicle and transportation systems maintenance program. * Review and manage documentation required for the free transit of transportation units. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Mobility bonus. * 100% covered meals at the site (Breakfast and Lunch). * Continuous training. **At LA CALERA, we are committed to equal opportunities.
