We are currently seeking top talent for our client, a leading company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of food products. The selected professional will be responsible for leading the maintenance department, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations under high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics**. * Minimum of **4 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance** within food production plants. * Knowledge of **TPM, BPM, HACCP, ISO 22000, and CIP**. * Experience implementing **maintenance or engineering projects**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, experience with **Power BI** (desirable), and other related software. * Leadership skills, organizational ability, effective communication, and proactivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Coordinate and supervise technicians and operators. * Manage incidents and unexpected failures to minimize downtime. * Ensure compliance with **safety and quality regulations**. * Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies to optimize resources. * Coordinate with production and other department supervisors for effective maintenance management. * Monitor performance indicators and generate reports in ERP systems. * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the plant. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. * **Work Location:** 3 days per week in **Ate** and 3 days per week in **Pachacamac**. * **Payroll status:** Full-time employment from day one under the general labor regime, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, Essalud, vacation).
