A company dedicated to the manufacturing of plastic products is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic, who will support the maintenance team: **Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic tasks related to construction, remodeling, expansion, and improvement of production infrastructure and facilities, following instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness of spare parts warehouse, maintenance workshop, and areas where work is performed on the plant floor. * Assist in keeping the inventory of tools, equipment, transportation units, and spare parts up to date, including details of accessories as applicable. The inventory must reflect the operational condition and specify the tracking of the useful life of work tools. * Assist in basic preventive and corrective maintenance of sealing machines, die-cutting machines, pelletizer, printer, and extruders whenever they are not in production, and after coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor; also includes other machines or equipment operating on line. * Assist in minor repairs for issues occurring in machines or infrastructure. * Move, assemble, and disassemble production machinery under the instructions of the Maintenance Supervisor and area responsible. **Requirements:** * Technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of metalworking tools. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance. * Availability to work full-time (48 hours per week) in San Juan de Miraflores.
