REQUIREMENTS * Technical or University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation and Distribution, Operational Management or related fields. * Intermediate level Excel proficiency * Availability to work in SMP. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform **daily control of attendance and punctuality** of motorized personnel. * Verify compliance with assigned **routes and schedules**, reporting any deviations. * **Provide operational support** during route incidents, accidents, or minor emergencies. * Propose improvements in routes, processes, and delivery times to optimize operational efficiency. * Monitor the quality and safety of processes carried out by motorized staff, validating and managing reported incidents.
