Likewise, ensure that all communications from the Bank reach employees appropriately. Continuously evaluate employees under your supervision, providing adequate and timely feedback on their performance. Constantly motivate staff and analyze all useful information for developing strategies that guide the team toward achieving the office's objectives and goals, as well as making the most accurate decisions. Prepare, analyze, and justify statistical results of performance and take immediate actions to correct any necessary aspects for efficient management. As the responsible person for service quality in the office, implement action plans promptly to ensure progressive improvement and achieve the standards defined by the Bank. Ensure that the "Key to Success" and "Daily Challenge" meetings are conducted daily. Actively participate, in coordination with the Integral Manager and/or Senior Executives, in implementing controls that guarantee compliance with all operational area procedures, safeguarding the Bank's interests. Actively participate in retail meetings at least once a week, attend training sessions for new staff, and visit the store a minimum of once per day. Develop joint strategies with the store manager. Conduct random spot checks on openings, closings, credit card deliveries, debit card enrollments, etc., and other operations carried out by the platform. Ensure that printed materials required by current regulations are visibly displayed to the public. Ensure that all advertising and printed materials displayed in your office are up to date. Perform a minimum of one surprise audit per cash register each month. Supervise that the office is in optimal conditions for operation. Prepare staff coverage schedules, update the HR module, and inform the corresponding departments (HR and Optima). Supervise production related to Credit Card enrollments, Falabella Insurance, and other products. Supervise the daily control of physical credit card inflows and outflows.
