REQUIREMENTS: \-Graduate in Transportation Engineering, Administration, or related fields. \-Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. \-Specialization in transportation/fleet management. \-Knowledge of legal regulations in the transportation sector. \-Proficiency in Office software, intermediate Excel skills, and performance indicators. \-Leadership, empathy, and teamwork skills. \-Availability for full-time work. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet customer requirements. \-Handle all transportation services for the client Orica. \-Maintain an updated database of approved drivers and vehicles. \-Schedule dispatches in the Bismarck system and assign drivers and units according to product type. \-Coordinate with clients. \-Supervise that transportation services are carried out efficiently. \-Coordinate with the maintenance department for vehicle repairs and corrective actions during transit. \-Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
