**Responsibilities** · Scheduling and coordination of daily unit dispatches according to the assigned contract. · Supervise proper on-route performance and verify compliance with service standards during service delivery. · Monitor fleet progress, coordinate with the client to determine the number of units required, dispatch (including unloading), submission of scheduling reports, and fleet availability. · Supervise truck loading capacity. · Coordinate truck progress checkpoints (including overnight stops). · Provide telephone-based support and coordination to strengthen operational relationships with peers. · Directly manage client communications in response to any incidents occurring during transportation. · Verify and approve per diem settlement documents. · Support accident or incident investigations. · Report daily work assignments for assigned personnel, and monitor attendance, rest periods, and vacations. **REQUIREMENTS** · Class A driver’s license · Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field **\-** **\-** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
